[Résolu] Probleme avec ZoneAlarm version gratuite

bonjour, j'ai 2 ordinateurs chez nous, j'ai installer zonealarm la version gratuite dans mon nouvel ordinateur Que j'ai downloader a partir de sosmonordi qui est un HP intel core 2 duo E6400 2.13 ghz avec windows xp, le probleme est quand j'installe zonealarm dedans, a peu pres 5 min apres l'installation il y a tjs une tite fenetre qui ouvre et qui me dit ke mon firewall est a jours mais quand je ferme la fenetre on me dit de redémarrer mon ordi pour activer les updates, or apres avoir redémarrer, zonealarm gel et je suis obliger de le désinstaller pi le réinstaller, sa fais 5-6 fois que je fais sa et c'est tjs le meme probleme qui arrive, il y avais norton internet security dedans mais j'ai toutes désinstaller sa, il ne reste plus rien de norton.Jai la meme chose dans mon autre ordi et sa la jamais faite sa, windows xp dedans aussi.Jai pas de router, je déménage mon modem kan je veux me connecter a internet. que dois-je faire pour régler ce probleme? merci

Il reste certainement des fichiers soit de Norton ou les problèmes habituel de Zone Alarm a répétition
Désinstallé Zone Alarm en suivant ces procédures

Uninstalling Zone Alarm
These instructions are based on those supplied by Zone Labs and apply to all ZoneAlarm firewalls


If any of the steps below do not apply to you, or if you are unable to carry out the operation for whatever reason, please continue to the next step.
Launch ZoneAlarm, go to the Overview > Preferences tab and make sure the Load At Startup box is UNchecked.
Close the programme, then right-click on the ZA icon and select Shutdown.
Restart your computer.
You should now have no ZoneAlarm processes running on your system.
Click Start > Programs > Zone Labs > Uninstall.
Be sure to say YES to the security check.
Important. Do NOT attempt to uninstall ZoneAlarm in Safe Mode or the programme may not be able to make the necessary registry changes, resulting in errors after a reboot.
Restart your computer.
Double click on My Computer.
In Windows 95or 98, click View > Options (in Windows 98, this will be called "Folder Options"). Click the "View" tab, then click the "Show all files" radio button.
In Windows ME, XP or 2000, click Tools > Folder Options. Click the "View" tab, then click the "Show hidden files and folders" radio button.
Make sure you also UNcheck the box to "Hide Protected Operating System Files" if you have one.
When searching, be sure to search ALL hidden files and folders.
Click OK.
Important. Modifying system files may disable crucial functions of your operating system, so please be sure you re-enable the "Hide files and folders" feature once all ZoneAlarm files have been removed.
Click on Start, then Search or Find, and select Files.
Make sure that the location box is set to search your local hard drive (usually C:) or "All Local Drives".
Type the following exactly as shown and delete any folders found.
zonelabs
"zone labs"
"Internet logs"
Type the following exactly as shown (including .* where appropriate) and delete any files found in C:\Windows or any of it's subfolders. Don't forget the C:\Temp or C:\Windows\Temp folder.

vsutil.dll - Important. Right click and select Properties > Version to be sure this is a ZA file. Do NOT delete this file unless it is a Zone Labs file!
Type the following exactly as shown and delete any files found in any folder with the word "Programs" in the path.

zonealarm

Empty your recycle bin.
Restart your computer.
If you received an error message on deleting the files, or if the original programmes remain in the Programs list, restarting your computer in Safe Mode will allow you to delete the files properly.
